State of science:
This methodology does not exist in science. Aleksandr Zakharov is the developer and original source of the methodology.
We are interested in forming a large team and a working group to develop a new scientific direction – mathematical modeling of geophysical anomalies by calculating natural biorhythms.
The end result of the mathematical modeling is the identification of the location and time of a possible accident situation, stress, anomaly. And the maximum possible warning, avoidance, prevention of a possible accident situation, stress, anomaly.

An earthquake forecast must define three elements: 1) date and time 2) location 3) magnitude. How can we achieve a realistic earthquake forecast and increase safety in earthquake zones? This scientific article describes the approach.
